We aim to get your shirt to you as soon as possible, But please allow 2-4 days for production due to back orders. Please note our printers only operate during the working week.

Where are my tracking details?
Tracking details will be automatically sent to the email used when going through checkout. Before contacting support please check your junk or spam folders as the automated email may have landed in there instead.
My order is still marked as processing?
When viewing your order details via our customer portal or the Shop App, your order may continue to be marked as processing. This is likely due to delays in system updates between our end and the Shop App. All order are printed and shipped out within 4 days at the absolute latest.
Why hasn't my order shipped?
Unfortunately depending on courier package collections, shipment of your order can be delayed. We do our best to ensure all orders are printed and packed within 2-3 days of confirmation and communicate closely with couriers to ensure timely pick up and delivery.
My order is marked as delivered but It has not arrived?
With the courier service partners we use there is room for errors in tracking updates. If your package has been marked as delivered and is not at your doorstep please contact the courier through the tracking page for assistance. Once an order has left our warehouse we are only able to see the same tracking information as you due to courier security policies.
My order arrived stained or damaged?
Out of the last 5000 orders only 4 shirts that were printed and packed slipped through our quality check. In the rare case your item may have made it to you with a defect simply fill out the contact form - A team member will then request an image of the defect - Once approved we will print and pack a brand new shirt to be shipped free of charge as a replacement.
